On February 18th on the road, the Buckeyes were upset by the Wolverines in Big Ten action, 56-51.

Deshaun Thomas led the way in scoring for the Buckeyes with 25 points in 40 minutes. Thomas contributed a game-leading 13 rebounds.

The Buckeyes didn't win and, unfortunately, they were expected to. The Buckeyes have now split regular season games with the Wolverines, having beaten them earlier this season, 64-49.

Michigan created separation in turnover margin and three-point shooting.


Three-pointers were devastating, as Michigan shot 23% from three-point range and Ohio State shot 18%. The Buckeyes gave the ball away 13 times to eight for the Wolverines. Ohio State struggled with only 51 points compared to its 74.9 average this season.
