Aaron Craft has been selected as the StatSheet Big Ten Player of the Week for the week ending February 25th. Denzel Valentine from Michigan State has earned StatSheet's Big Ten Freshman of the Week. And finally, Evan Ravenel takes home StatSheet's Big Ten 6th Man of the Week. Craft tallied big numbers in rebounding (3 per game), shooting (50%), and scoring (13.5 pts per game). The Ohio State junior played well in wins against Minnesota and 4th ranked Michigan State.

Craft totaled 4 assists and 3 steals in 33 minutes in a big 71-45 win over Minnesota. He followed that up with a team-leading 21 points plus an additional 6 assists in a 68-60 upset of Michigan State.

This is the first time this season that Aaron Craft has been selected StatSheet Big Ten Player of the Week. The runner-up this week is Trey Burke, a sophomore from Michigan. Honorable mention goes to junior Victor Oladipo from Indiana.

This marks the first time this season that Denzel Valentine has won the StatSheet Big Ten Freshman of the Week. The runner-up is Shavon Shields from Nebraska. Glenn Robinson III from Michigan takes honorable mention.

StatSheet Big Ten 6th Man of the Week: Ohio State's Evan Ravenel

Senior Evan Ravenel, a 6-8 forward, played an average of 19 minutes over the two games for the Buckeyes. In the win over Minnesota, Ravenel put up 3 rebounds and 3 steals. Then in the victory against Michigan State, he racked up 10 points and 5 rebounds.

This is the first StatSheet Big Ten 6th Man of the Week honor for Evan Ravenel. Our own LaQuinton Ross is runner up. Oto Osenieks, a sophomore forward from Minnesota, earns honorable mention.
